By hiring Vynx Telecom Pakistan, the client agrees to provide accurate, lawful, and verified customer data for survey purposes.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure:

All customer numbers provided are legally obtained

Survey purpose is transparent and legitimate

Scripts and survey questions comply with local laws

We are not responsible for any data illegally obtained by the client.

  1. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

Conducting survey calls professionally

Delivering accurate and verified results

Maintaining data confidentiality

Avoiding all forms of misleading or fraudulent communication

  1. Payment Terms

Service charges, packages, and payment schedules must be agreed upon before the project begins. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Vynx Telecom Pakistan is not responsible for:

Incorrect data provided by the client

Customer dissatisfaction caused by the business’s product/service

Unauthorized use of data by third parties not affiliated with us

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with prior notice. All pending payments and data obligations must be cleared upon termination.

  1. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website.
